“Oye, ¿y si tenemos un bebé? ¿Y si mejor no?” El desacuerdo en la película AHÍ TE ENCARGO

The purpose of this article is to analyze how disagreement is performed in conversations in the Mexican movie Ahí te encargo with respect to the topic of having children. The mitigation and the intensification resources that are used within the disagreement are identified. In this movie, the disagreement becomes stronger and stronger and it leads to a temporary breakup. Disagreement is expressed directly and indirectly and in the end it is expressed through silence.
