La curación
Synopsis
In the play La Curación by Jesús José Angulo Hernández, sisters Concepción and María travel to a desolate Toluca suburb for an illegal abortion. After a violent fall, Concepción experiences a horrific nightmare involving a deceptive child and police brutality. Upon waking, she undergoes a moral shift, convincing María to reject the procedure. The sisters decide to embrace the pregnancy and return to their village, choosing familial love and courage over fear and social shame. THIS ABSTRACT IS GENERATED WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
