英汉对比视角下中华文化外宣中的英译文可读性研究 / AN ENGLISH-CHINESE CONTRASTIVE STUDY ON THE READABILITY OF ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS IN CHINESE CULTURAL PUBLICATIONS
Rezumat
It is the requirement of high-quality translation that to translate Chinese cultural discourses into English meets the reading habits of target readers. In the analysis of the researchers' research results on Chinese translation, this paper explores the ways of improving the readability of English translation from the perspective of the comparison of English and Chinese thinking: linear thinking and deductive thinking. The former is mainly concerned with the consistency of topic in English translation, while the latter is mainly concerned with the use of topic sentences in English translation. By means of the conversion of different cultural thinking modes between Chinese and English, this strategy aims to improve the psychological acceptability of external publication translation, improve the quality of English translation, and promote cross-cultural communication. This paper proposes corresponding solutions from the perspective of contrast between English and Chinese, hoping to provide some references for translators and editors, so as to enhance cross-cultural communication and communication, and make contributions to Chinese culture going global.
